And by proofs, I mean hard data, showing the ROI, or how many processes would be facilitated (but there you need an example to prove what you say), …

Still, the only reason why he allowed me to go on with this project is that I had found a free and easy to use wiki solution so that it wouldn’t cost a penny and IT wouldn’t have to do the administration!
